Study On The Credit Risk Management Of Chinese Enterprises

In modern market economy, credit is a basis of all economic relationship. The problem which enterprises of our country face is that the backwardness of foundational management, it can't meet the requirement of current buyer's market and credit economy, the problem of credit has already become the bottleneck of macroeconumic operation and enterprise's development. This paper adopts the analysis way of theory and practice, links the current state of China's credit risk management and foreign practice, get the conclusions that the China's credit risk management must adopt enterprise's route, then gradually improve the enterprises' credit risk management.Firstly on the basis of relevant theoretical research of credit risks, the paper analyze the production and control of enterprises' credit risk management, through comparing current state of the domestic and foreign enterprises' credit risk management, seek the experience which is worthy reference for Chinese enterprises. Secondly, through survey and study, have carried on the positive research to enterprise's credit risk management current situation of our country, and launch analysing its origin cause of formation, adopt polyhydric statistical method to structure the credit model which suits my national conditions. Finally, the paper explains the main principle of enterprise's credit risk management of the present stage, use enterprise credit risk management implement frame to instruct enterprises strengthen the risk management of credit, and gives concrete suggestion related to construction of enterprise's credit culture and policy, design of orginational struction andperform of incentive mechanism.Through studying and proposing of the background, mechanism design, risk analysis, appraise models of enterprise's credit risk management, the paper offers the new train of thought for credit management of enterprises, and hopes to offer helpful reference to enterprise's credit risk management.
