Structural Analysis On Patent Management Of Enterprise And The Proposals

This dissertation is a systematical study on Enterprise Patent Management with both the positivism analysis and the theoretical analysis.Based on the studies in patent regulation, patent management and enterprise technical innovation made by academicians and entrepreneurs, this dissertation for the first time applies the structural analysis to the study of the patent management of the enterprises from a systematical perspective. With the positivism analysis of some specified enterprises, the author in this dissertation makes structural draws on the Chinese state-owned enterprises, the non-state-owned enterprises and the foreign enterprises, by the comparison and contrast of which elicited the characteristics as well as problems of above mentioned enterprises and raises some proposals to the improvement of enterprise patent management which composes a enterprise patent management mechanism.The dissertation is unfolded as the following :Firstly, makes an analysis on the present situation of the patent applying and patent management of Chinese enterprises;Then makes an elaborate structural analysis on enterprise patent management both inside enterprise including the interaction among the inventor, the R&D department, the manufacturing and marketing department and the patent managing department and outside the enterprise including the relation that the technical enterprise has with the R&D institute, the financial market, the risk investing company;Finally gives the proposals to the improvement of patent management of Chinese enterprises, that is to set up a patent management mechanism. The author then puts forth the concept of Enterprise Patent Management Mechanism and draws a scheme of the mentioned management mechanism during which gives a paticular attention to the patent property right arragement in enterprises and the risk investing company.What identifies this dissertation is its unique systematical perspective and structural analysis method applied in the enterprise management study which emphasizes the integrity and interaction among the relevant entities with economical reason and the reconciliation function of management.
