Support Smes In Patent Information Management And Service System

As SMEs become more and more important in national economy, the information management and service system as support to SMEs appears urgent to be improved. In this paper, the author makes deep research on oneaspect of this question--the patent information management and servicesystem as support to SMEs. The author analyzes the obstacles to prevent SMEs from using patent information and the reasons why the SMEs don't use patent information and advances the solutions. In addition, the author compares, analyzes and uses for reference the methods and favourable policy that other countries adopt to help the SMEs manage and use patent information, thus putting forward the way on how to improve the patent information management and service system as support to China's SMEs.
