On The Value Foundations Of The Distribution Policy: Justice

Socialist market economy's setting up is constantly changing the traditional interests structure and people's values .With the transition of the society, and different economic compositions, organizational form, method of salary distribution, life style appearing in the society , people's income distribution disparity has being expanding greatly, the justice problem have been arose widely attention. Justice problem study has important academic value and using value. By the academic aspect, modern reconstruction of the relationship of the object and subject, the adjustment and controlling of the social structure ,various choice of social road,etc.,all have close relations with the studying of societys justice. Only investigate the social justice problem further, we can know above great theoretical questions well . By the using aspect, social justice problem directly concern formulation of basic policy in primary stage of socialism .My paper analyses the situation that the gap between rich and poor of contemporary China society is expanding ,if we dot not solve the justice problem well at the present stage, the problem may influence the improvement of efficiency, then I put forward several safeguarding measures that have certain value that can be applicated or operated.At first ,I recommends and analyzes several kinds of views about the justice idea in academic history, namely ancient Greece and Roman's justice idea, the modern justice idea of the west, the contemporary justice idea of the west,etc., this study announces the essence of justice . Justice is not merely to cause ambiguously in actual life, the people who have different interests backgrounds have different views on justice, and it's more difficult to unify justic in the studying aspect, because different recearch has different justice definition. After analyse several understanding to justice,I thinke we should stipulate justice essence from the angle of the association betwee people in society, justice is a kind of appraisal that is got from thecomparison of the relations between people , justice' essence is the reflection of the relation to associating relation among the subjects . Justice' nature and degree depend on the nature and degree of the interactive social relationships among the subjects .My study is mainly from several angles, such as the choice of the social historical road, the sustainable development of the society,the optimization of the social structure,etc., by this,I stated the importantance of justice in the primary stage of socialism society further. For a long time, there are many different opinions on the justice problem, this has certain relation with research approach. Some study is from the respect of the pure theory justly , pay attention to logic statetment of justice too much; Some study is from certain interests angle, to comment the justice problem,which make difference appearing unavoidablly.In my paper,! try to unites history method and logic method , on one hand .proceed from social historical practice, I put forward the justice concept in people's associating practice ; on the other hand,Proceed from logic of justice ,with studying from abstract to concrete,! want to make a more accurate definitions further just concept. The change of this research approach can already excavate justice's essense , and doesn't just empty talk justice problem with neglecting the change of social history , therefore it must have certain convincingness to definit the concept of justice and its characteristic.
