The Economic And Financial Analysis Of The Feasibility Of DSM In China

DSM has a long developing process, and makes the great contribution to GDP of many countries. DSM was introduced to our country in 1990s, but it still has not a vast application in our country. Recently , the power supply is tight,which bring the attentions of all levels .According to our present economic developing trend, the present extensive power develop model cannot satisfy the development of our economy, the scarcity of power would be the bottleneck of it. DSM is a method to change the electro-manner, cut down power consume, provide a high service quality and improve the terminal consumer efficiency through the cooperation of the power corporations, the power supplies and the terminal users. This paper introduces the theory of evaluation of DSM on economics and finance, sketches the development of DSM in abroad, and elicits some lessons to us. This paper analyses the feasibility of DSM in our country by economical model from the point of view of the terminal users, the power corporations and the society, and validated by some examples. Base on this, the author gives some suggestions and advice.
