Research & Application Of Network-based E-government System Of Jiangxi Price Administration

Since price concerns with people's benefits, the prices of someimportant commodities and the fee-paying of services are put under theadministration of governmental agency. With development of ITmanagement in government and extended reformation in priceadministration systems, there appears a high demand for priceadministration. By fully applying IT to E-government construction ofJiangxi price administration, we hope to benefit society and increaseworking efficiency, which is the requirement of society for enterprise andgovernment. This thesis makes a systematic study on the E-governmentmodel of price administration, which will also constitute a referencemodel for construction on E-government of price administration in China. This thesis discusses the evolution of IT construction in Jiangxiprice administration, analyzes the characteristic and mode ofE-government of price administration, and then describes the normaldemand for E-government construction in province. A framework isdesigned as the basic pattern for the research of Jiangxi priceadministration information system. Under this background, price administration styles are classified.Then we deeply analyze the client's demand for E-government of priceadministration information system, and present a total solution ofconstructing the system and subsystems. Based on the study of above, this thesis gives the overall design ofprice administration information system based on computer networkincluding system goal, partition and function analysis, and its physicaland logical structure. At last, the thesis analyzes the key factors in system implementation,including business reengineering and good management mechanism,which will increase the effectiveness of the application of the priceadministration information system.
