21st century is a period of high-speed development of computer network, at present, thecomputer network has been in every household, is closely related to people’s daily life, work. With issuessuch as security, risk, and complexity of computer networks, network security monitoring withaccompanied is also become a subject of concern to the international common. Study on network securitymonitoring by domestic and foreign experts and scholars in management, politics, economics, publicadministration, computer technology, psychology, and other fields have been studied, the use networksecurity supervision system and mechanism, and responsibilities and the plight of the crowd has conductedintensive research. But mostly in a particular area of study, and there are no in-depth studies. Networksecurity monitoring is a form of Government to exercise supervision over and management of networksecurity, computer networks for network security monitoring provides practical help and informationdisclosure, hacker attacks, and many other issues.
