Study On Economic Appraisal Of Project Reconstructing Electric Power Network In Oil Field Of North China

In this paper, the requirements analysis of the project reconstructing electric power network in oil field of North China is made from the status quo and the future development, and then on the basis of the further analysis to the problem of the project, the present economic appraisal index of electric power project is studied. Through applying the theory and method of economic appraisal in general building project and analyzing the trait of project in oil field, the economic appraisal system of electric power project in oil field is set up. This will have certain reference value to the economic appraisal of electric power project in the future.In the study of the paper, various appraisal methods are adopted. The financial appraisal index and national economic appraisal index that are fit for electric power project in oil field are selected, and the great significance of the social appraisal is explained. And then according to the principle of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, the initiative social appraisal index is brought forward. In the last section, according to the fact of the project reconstructing electric power network in oil field of North China, the complete analysis to the project is made with the economic appraisal system, and the conclusion is reached. Combining theory and practice, this paper has realistic economic significance.
