Study Of Legal Issue On Macro Control Of Foreign Direct Investment In China

Domestic market is being opened more widely after entering into WTO. Foreign funds works more prominently in prompting national economy. But old polices and rules of foreign funds unfit with WTO are obstacles in the way of developing national economy. How to avoid these side-influences and show their good effects is an import problem to solve.The thesis studies on the legal issue on macro control of foreign direct investment (FDI). First, it begins with the basic theory of FDI and the current situations of FDI in China. The author thinks China should take Macro control of FDI; second, the author analyzes the concept and the characters of the Macro control of FDJ, the system of Macro control of FDI and its legalization; then, the author analyzes the deficiencies of laws and rules of foreign funds and proposes several suggestions cm perfecting the legislation of foreign funds and promotes the Law of Macro control of FDI at last.
