Empirical Studies In The Use Of Light Agricultural Techniques Of Several Economically Advanced Areas

The article studied the use of rice light planting technique in two villages and towns (Dingnian, Gaonan) of Jiangsu province Nantong Rugao, by participate method in rural improvement, through field research and statistic analysis. Investigated influencing factors of peasants used new techniques under the condition of dress warmly and ear one's fill; have relatively comfortable life; have part-time job in general and foodstuff produce only as one of the sideline produce, old people and women give priority of farm labor power in economically advanced areas. Search for the methods to popularizing agriculture techniques, which adapt to the economical improvement of advanced areas. The principal conclusions as follows:1. The correlation is not evident between the earning of rice production and the total increased. The rise of rice price and the series foodstuff produce encourage policy measures react on new rice produce technique in a certain extant, but should not overrate it in economically advanced areas, which are not primary foodstuff production areas.2.There is no any correlation between the use of light planting technique and the labor power quantity. The increased cost of new technique and the risk should be faced with are not main factors affect the application of new techniques.3.There is nearly correlation between technique application and the area resources; the environment; the economical development level. Agriculture acts as agency and bridge. Especially, technique training affects the usage of the new technique mostly. But now most popularize objects are aged and with low self-stuff, the popularizing agricultural technique faced grimness circumstance.Along with very fast speed development of social economy, consolidate the basis position of agriculture is prerequisite, plane as a whole of economical development in city and countryside, breakthrough constitutional and framework conflict which restrict the settlement of "agriculture country and peasant ", insist on the industrialization direction; improve the efficiency of agricultural produce; keep and advance the ability of all-around agricultural produce.
