Research On The Appropriate Scale Of Peasant Households' Planting Of Yuanjiang

In the process of agricultural modernization, all the countries face the problem of appropriate scale of agricultural operation. To our country, agriculture is in the stage of transforming from self-sufficient economy to commodity economy, from traditional mode of production to modern mode of production. Appropriate operation of agriculture is of great significance to this stage. Proceeding from our country's actual conditions, this paper analyzes the change of seed, fertilizer, agricultural chemical, workforce, mechanical equipment, agricultural tax, land leasing cost which are caused by different cultivating areas in Yuanjiang city. Through one function of segmenting, this paper strives to get the appropriate cultivating area that will make peasant households get the biggest income. Through the research on the appropriate scale of peasant households' planting of Yuanjiang, the "appropriateness" of planting is fixed. The macroscopical policy of the government is closely linked up with the decision behavior and the benefit of peasant households, which offers scientific decision basis to the decision department of government at all levels, enables the governmental department to dispose the land resource rationally, adjusts industrial structure, establishes and amplifies land circulation mechanism etc, and makes the agricultural surplus labors who have the hope of shifting succeed in getting rid of the constraint of land. When the land can circulate rationally, agricultural workforce can flow freely to non-agricultural department and form reasonable operation scale, which help the workforce staying in agriculture raise their agricultural income through the appropriate concentration and let the peasant households make scale merit. At the same time, it is helpful to promote the process of the agricultural intensive management and agricultural modernization construction. The fix of "appropriateness" also offers a theoretical direction for reference for the choice of appropriate scale by the peasant households.
