Analysis Of The Financial Environment Of Venture Capital

Venture Capital (VC) is very important to hi-tech enterprises. However, the lacking of withdraw channel, related laws and policies, enough VC investors, efficient supervision and financial medium, these problems all restricted the development of VC in our country. So, in order to fasten the development of VC, the author think it is important to build an integrate financial environment.During the period of researching, the author combined criterion and demonstration from the point of the systemic viewpoint, including structure analysis, criterion analysis and demonstration analysis.Part1: This part analyzed all the elements in the financial environment of venture capital ideally, including financing, policy, law, financial medium and supervision environment. At the same time, the relation among all the elements was researched, and the system diagram about the financial environment of VC was put forward.Part 2: The experience of the financial environment of venture capital in many developed countries and districts is analyzed in this part.Part 3: The current situation and existing problems of the financial environment of venture capital in our country is discussed. At the same time, this part put forward unsuitable phenomenon in the framework.Part 4:On the base of analyzing the existing problems of the financial environment of VC .compared with the experience of developed countries and districts, this part put forward some specific suggestions building financial environment of VC.
