The villages have a comparatively fragile industry foundation due to their location in central China. However, in such area, special research value can be deduced from many aspects, such as the rapid development of social economy, the community life and the characters of cultural models. Agriculture should be regarded as the center to construct its economic system in similar community, and then can follow a way to focus on agricultural products. At the same time, the ideology of collectivism, which are derived from traditional culture and the people's commune system, should be infused by necessary private factors. Otherwise, while it can enhance the development of economy, it can also become an obstacle on the way to step into modernization, being a negative factor. This article begins with the models of Nanjie village, and a clear analysis is revealed around the role of its cultural, moral factors on economical development. And then, it is believed that the adequate emphasis on cultural and moral construction in Nanjie village can be spread as a leading orientation. This orientation can in turn open up a piece of valuable area for the choice among reform routines in China. During the development of market economy in China, much attention should be given to construct a kind of moral system, which is adaptable to market economy, the moral responsibility of cadres in government should be strengthened and the culture and productivity construction should also be emphasized. Only by doing this can we promote our market economy and make it develop in a right way.
