Nowadays，the economic development of our country is in the period of greatchange.In order to adapt to the process of marketization,the economic system is reformingand innovating constantly.The environment of economic development also changed fromseclude the country from the outside world to opening to the outside world.The marketeconomy taking on an air of prosperity increasingly,it create opportunities for the ruralgovernance in our country,but at the same time,it also put forward many challenges.Suchas the culture consciousness develop freely,the community organization start to open tothe outside world,the non-public economy has a rapid development,the labor force flowsto all directions.All these phenomena just like a double-edged sword,we need to controland guide them scientifically and reasonably.The party and the government take theproblem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers as the pinnacle of our economicdevelopment,and start a relevant reform aggressively.They put forward new policies andmeasures continuously to support, encourage and guide the management and constructionof our rural areas.The countryside of our country also explore new ways actively.This article use scientific research methods such as comparative analysis method,literature analysis method and case analysis method.It has a comparative study of ruralgovernance between Nanjie Village,Xiaogang Village and Huaxi Village from theperspective of the public management.After I have a summary of the development ofthese three case villages,I have a comparative study from three aspects mainly,theconditions of the governance,the way of the governance and the effect of thegovernance.We can discover the objective and subjective conditions which have anaffection on the rural governance from it.We can also discover the innovative measureswhich each country used in the process of developing the rural economy and governancethe rural issues.But at the same time we should reflect on the problems that the casevillage have encountered in the process of the rural governance.In order to providereference for the rural governance of our country,we should sum up experience,and putforward suggestions. Because the village realize a scientific and effective management is a long-term andarduous task,so we need the joint efforts from government,villagers and socialorganizations.The modernization of our country cant not live without the modernizationof the countryside. The modernization of rural areas should be based on excellent ruralgovernance.I think the reform and governance of the new countryside should begin frommultiple approach.Such as introduce policies,readjusting industrial structure,improve thequality of the cadres,construct the rural culture and cultivate new farmers.Through thisway,We can improve the quality and the level of the rural governance constantly,so as torealize the construction of new socialist countryside.
