| Civil Society is regarded as a concept which expatiates and forecasts the contemporary societal phenomena .It refers to a kind of social form which contrasts with the state form , indicating a civilized , worldly social entity which is related to the market economy and democratic politics. In the State-society structure .there are many kinds of convertible mode, of which interactive win-win Civil Society mode is the best choice.According to the trend of the era, the 16th congress of the Party brought forward the construction of the socialist political civilization , which is the new turning-point of the socialist reform .According to materialism historical view, political civilization must be based on the corresponding social base which make the construction of the Civil Society as the base of the political civilization very significant . My dissertation enlarges upon with the guidance of the major idea.The first chapter of my dissertation traces back to the complicated historical development of the Civil Society theory, on the base of which we conclude that it is necessary to build the Civil Society form on the Chinese background of the contemporary era. In the second chapter, in order to clear the misunderstanding of the Civil Society ,1 demonstrate the qualifications of the Civil Society, and then socialist Civil Society. Based on the reflection of the history of our society's development, the third chapter portrays the sprouting, developing ,the present status and the features of our Civil Society and puts forward t he construction of the socialist Civil Society with Chinese characteristics from all aspects; The fourth chapter testifies the basic influence of the political civilization on the Civil Society. Finally , with the help of the developmental trend of the future society predicted by the classical writers , I show the intending direction of the Civil Society , the Communist society, in which everyone will develop themselves freely and comprehensively .
