Civil Society Under The Perspective Of Chinese Citizens To Participate In Public Affairs Management Research

In the civil society, the problem of citizens’participation has become a very important subject of the present Administration, political and sociology research areas in China. At present, China has gradually changed to the civil society, with the development of the process of political democratization, the problem of citizens’ participation is more and more prominent. The effective research on citizen participation in civil society, not only conducive to China’s political reform, but also can promote the legalization of political decision-making, scientific and democratization, protection of citizens’ political, social rights effective realization and the established of a harmonious society.This paper starts from the definition of the concept of civil society and citizen participation, through the application of the theory of citizen participation in public administration, to analysis the status,problems and reasons of the citizens’ participation in public affairs in China’s civil society in-depth, meanwhile combined with the experience of foreign civil society, and based on this to put up some measures and methods to further improve our citizens’ participation.This paper is divided into six parts.Structured as follows:The first part is the Introduction, include the background and Significance of the topics,the theoretical tools and research methods in the study, the literature review of civil society and citizen participation,and the innovation and difficulties in the creative process of this thesis.The second part focuses on the necessity of citizen participation in civil society perspective. This section explains the meaning, characteristics and theories of civil society and citizen participation. And analysis the necessity and significance of citizen participation in civil society more thorough.The third part of the first subject and form of participation by our citizens, followed by problems in the participation of our citizens are discussed; and analysis of the root cause of our citizens to participate on this basis.The forth part combined with the relations of political parties and civil society in western countries,and pointed out that the pattern of civil society in the Western and East Asian countries,and on this basis to analyze the applicability and significance of civil society in China.The fifth part offered the path analysis to improved our citizens’ participation,include of the recommendations to improve citizens’participation system,the quality and capacity of citizens’ participation in the path recommended, in order to offer a good social organization platform for citizens’ participation, and further increase public media in citizens’ participation in an active role in the proposal.The sixth part as a conclusion ended with the relationship between the state and civil society,to put forward for the relationship between China’s civil society and national political party,to promote the democratization of our political effectively.
