A reasonable storage service price is of great significance to both the logistic company and the client in price decision in 3PL ( 3rd party logistics) company. A right strategy, method and price level would help enterprise take the costs back, gain incomes and credits from their customers. As to the logistic services demander, an open reasonable price could deeply decrease the deal costs which risen from information imbalance, also help them dedicated to their core business.There are some unreasonable phenomena in price decision in 3PL corporations presently. Mainly lies in following two aspects: The storage price couldn't reflect the quality of storage services; and it couldn't embody the difference to diverse goods. That really derivate from the reasons that they consider too little influent factor when company estimate the costs.The paper tell the importance of 'service quality', 'variety', 'weight' , 'operation coefficient', 'standardization coefficient' and other influent factor in storage price decision after introducing the object, method, program of price setting down. Introduce the definition of service quality eigenvalue in the 4th chapter, and explain its influence to storage price decision according to the theory of economic prices setting down. Simply analyze the deficiency of traditional method in costs forecast, then illuminate the BP( Back Propagation) neural network with its characters in deal well with multi-factor, uncertainty, nonlinear problem can appropriately used in storage costs forecast. And apply those analytic methods to a practical storage price decision problem, at last, put forward an improved method in setting corporation's profit rate.
