Quality Of Basic-level Police Based On BP Neural Network Research And Application Of Evaluation System

The basic-level police belong to the public security system which the organizational structure of the public security system is relatively complicated,each department under the system has jurisdiction over different areas.The scope of basic-level police is the front-line staff such as police stations and police detachments under the public security departments of various jurisdictions,whose work directly deals with the masses and the public security department.The quality of basic-level police work is directly related to the safety of people's lives and property and the people's sense of belonging and happiness.Therefore,the evaluation of the work quality of the basic-level police is to reflect the actual work capacity of the basic-level public security department and the recognition of the basic-level police by the people and the public security departments.This article first builds a basic level police evaluation system,uses the scores of the basic level police as training data,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation as the training target of the BP neural network.The quality of the basic level police is evaluated through the sample and test training of the neural network.The first is to study the basic principles,network models,learning and errors of BP neural network algorithms and further analyze the application of multi-layer neural networks from single-layer neural networks to establish a quality evaluation system for basic-level police.The determination of work quality assessment factor indicators is one of the focuses of this study.In the establishment of the research factor index,this article first collects opinions from various parties through questionnaire surveys and interviews,including civilian police experts,the people and the public security management department,and then uses some of their opinions and suggestions to determine the index factors.Finally,the expert civilian police score Way to build an evaluation matrix.The second is to study the basic principles and implementation process of the analytic hierarchy process,select the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with the improvement of the analytic hierarchy process,and establish the priority matrix,calculate the fuzzy consistent matrix,and calculate the fuzzy weights to realize the basic-level police work Calculate the expected value of training samples for quality assessment.The third is to use the ability of BP neural network to solve nonlinear problems to evaluate the quality of basic-level police.First,we construct the BP neural network structure,including the determination of the initial neuron,the selection of the hidden neural layer,and the selection of the excitation function.The second is to verify the training and test samples of the evaluation network by adjusting the parameters.In order to better prove the validity of this study,this paper chooses RBF neural network and basic single-layer neural network for comparison experiments to prove the research effect better.The theoretical research and experimental results show that the basic-level police work quality evaluation system designed in this paper can meet the actual application requirements,provide an effective and fast solution for the basic police work quality evaluation,and can achieve better evaluation results.Finally,the design of the system chose Python as the design language,combined with the Django framework and the MySQL database through the Web management method,achieving the interaction of the grass-roots police work quality evaluation system so as to meet the actual application needs.
