Study Of Family Inns In The Region Of Minority Nationality In China

Family inn, a new phenomenon in the development process of the holiday economy, attracts many tourists due to its lower price, particular surroundings and high-quality service. However, the condition of management differs a great deal - some family inns are under good management, some others not. The area of minority group has many advantages in operating family inns because of the charm. So the development perspective of family inns in the region of minority group is very good. But there are also some problems at the meantime.Through analyzing the current situation, advantages and problems in the development course of the family inns in the area of minority group, this thesis seeks to probe the development mode and management mode of this industry and to provide some guidelines for the further advancement of the industry in China. Furthermore, this thesis, based on the study of the case of family inns in the Ping'an Village, Longsheng County, tends to illustrate the problems in the management of the family inn industry, and to provide some tentative suggestions for the improvement.
