This text has introduced customer's relation management concept, theory and method systematically, have expounded the fact that the data mining technology implementation method and application in customer's relation management.It is one kind for improving the mechanism of management of the relation between the enterprise and customer that the customer concerns management, its component includes call center , e-commerce , relevant software and data warehouse , its main research contents, in order to attract and keep more customers through offering the fast , thoughtful and high-quality service, through optimizing it by reducing and obtaining the customer and keeping the customer's cost in the face of the customer's workflow, solve how keep frequent customer here and strive for new customer , how to obtain and analysis market and consumption information of customer, solve and offer the problems , such as better products and service ,etc. for market and customer. Implement customer relation management is it set up one intact customer information system to the most important thing is, enterprises must manage customer as managing other assets , make sure to understand the customer as understanding enterprise products, understand the customer's change as understanding that stock changes.
