Research On The Development Of Shaanxi Economy And The Adjustment On Its Taxation Policy Structure

With the implement of the western development strategy and China's entrance to WTO, taxation policy structure in our province can't meet the need of economy development in time and can't adjust effectively on supply and need. What's more, it can't take the effect on the resource assignment. To realize the great-leap-forward and sustainable development in Shaanxi, it has great practical importance and high theory value to establish meeting to the WTO rules and more adaptability taxation policy for fulfilling government's function, for perfecting market economy, for improving investment environment, for broadening employment channel and accelerating industry upgrade.On the basis of research on taxation policy and combining with the entrance to WTO and the western development, this paper inspects Shaanxi economy omnidirectional and multitude visual angle from microcosmic and macroscopic. Firstly, it references the experience in taxation policy of inside and outside of China on region economy development era. Secondly, it studies the tax situation of Yulinshi and analyzes the characteristics of Shaanxi. Thirdly, it discusses necessary and feasibility to taxation policy structure adjustment. At last, it explores the methods by taxation policy to expanding valid need, to improve industrial structure, to enhance economy cooperation, to flourish county economy and to speed up industrialize process.In addition to, it constitutes the strategy for taxation policy structure adjustment.
