It was Nov.26, 2003, when I was engaged by HEIFEI XIANGJIANG HIGH-TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. which is still in preparing period as General Manager' s assistant & director of plan & design department, my duty is to build corporate culture system, CIS and company system, etc.. The following article is based on what I have done in the CIS design work. This article carry on systematic introduction to CIS theory at first, then come to a guiding theory and purpose of the designing against the combination of nanometer industry' s features, such as - great potentiality, many opportunities and high risks, and company' s features in preparing: high input, disorder, poor designing abilities, urgent need of rules . With guiding theory and purpose, we finished the core part of CIS - Mind Identity (MI). Then, against all things that had got, we achieved another two parts: Behavior Identity (BI) and Visual Identity (VI). Finally, we finished all the work by putting the three parts together as Applied Handbook of HEIFEI XIANGJIANG HIGH-TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. ' s CIS.Theory should be established for applying. This article added industry analyzing to the existing CIS theory consider of the truth of new industry and new enterprise, which considered by the author as an innovation of this designing. The existing CIS theory has never taken "information of industry" into count when designing. But, to a new enterprise which is in a new industry with many opportunities, high risks and fast growing, it is very important to take "information of industry" into count when designing. By knowing the new industry' s developing progress and analyzing it' s possible threats, the enterprise will able to reach a more feasible scheme.
