Agricultural industrialization leading enterprises, in order to meet more and more stern competitive situation, urgently need to establish their own developing strategies, to guide them in future operations and development. This paper is to refer to the present situation of domestic agricultural industrialization leading enterprises with Fujian Sunner Industrial Co.Ltd as a case study, analyses agricultural industrialization leading enterprises' developing environment, and carry out SWOT analysis, put forward my own thought and suggestion for agriculture leading enterprises in terms of establishing their own developing strategic system. While pursuing certain theoretical value, this paper also offers corresponding reference for the decision-making top management of leading enterprises.This paper carries out research with the following methods: 1, Theory goes with practical applications. It is practical and operational to do research on the issue of enterprise developing strategies. To strengthen the realistic meaning of project research, when writing this paper, I actively participate in a strategic planning project with a strategic consulting company. Theories find the support of practical applications. 2, Comparative analysis. Comparisons are madebetween a leading corporation of Fujian Province-Sunner Company in theprocess of agricultural industrialization and some influential enterprises of the same type outside Fujian Province. Overall characteristics are summed up about the agricultural industrialization leading enterprises, based on which some feasible strategies are brought about.3 Factor analysis. There are many factors, which influence the growth of the agricultural industrialization leading enterprises in China. Some are well known, and some are little-known factors including environment factor, investment factor, talent factor, and benefit factor. From the perspective of the agricultural industry, agricultural industrializationleading enterprises have a lot in common in terms of the influencing factors. This paper strives to outline the many factors that affect the development of agricultural industrialization leading enterprises through careful analysis, and put forward some strategic countermeasures. 4, Case studies go with overall analysis. The enterprise that this project studies has everything that is characteristic of the other agricultural industrialization leading enterprises, whereas keeping its unique features. To make this project study widely applicable, I will analyze by combining case studies and overall analysis. 5, Qualitative analysis goes together with quantitative analysis. Qualitative analysis is important to a project of enterprise development strategies. But to make project more practical, when studying this project, I collect some financial data of enterprises as well as the newest data about agriculture from some domestic and international authoritative organizations to support quantitative analysis.The first 3 parts of this paper establish a foundation for the strategic development system in terms of document overview, present situation, existent problems, and SWOT analysis. The 4th part of this paper brings on a strategic development system for agricultural industrialization leading enterprises which includes: Industrial Chain Strategy, Low Cost Strategy, Brand Forging Strategy, Cultural Operation Strategy, Alliance Strategy, Human Resources Strategy. At last, this paper elaborates some thought of constructing excellent environments for leading corporations from enterprise and government angle. Through careful analysis, the author thinks that agricultural industrialization leading enterprises urgently need strategic development guidance and its own strategic development system to promote the development of the enterprises and in the meantime to drive rural economy forward so as to bring about a well-off rural society.
