Research On The Development Of The Information Resources During The Agricultural Industrialization

In order to make peasants increase their income and make the agricultural industrialization develop smoothly and make the information resource serve the agriculture well, this thesis researches into the problem of the development of the information resource during the agricultural industrialization. Though the standard analysis and the positive analysis and the systematic analysis, basing on the theories of information science and the information economics and the agricultural economics, and the irrefutable data and facts, this thesis discusses the development of the information resource during the agricultural industrialization and put forward the information strategy giving first place to the development of the information resource during the agricultural industrialization.This thesis gives the concept of the agricultural industrialization, discusses the arrangement of the information resource, analyses the particularity of the agricultural information, points out the main information resource of agriculture, then thinks the development of the information resource during the agricultural industrialization must solve three problems. First, the forming of the disposable information resource; second, the providing of the information resource; third, the information circumstances of the information resource. That is to say, this thesis makes a systematic research from the developing process of the information resource. The part of the potential energy forming of the agricultural information resource analyses the concentrated direction of the information resource. The part of the flowing of the agricultural information resource analyses the characteristics of the information users and the information channel. The part of the information circumstances analyses the internal circumstances of the organization and the market. The former influences the method of developing the information resource; the later influences the cost and the price of developing the information resource and so on, the government should play an important role.Based on the above thorough analysis, this thesis draws a conclusion. That is our country information strategy giving first place to the development of information resource. First, the theory frame of developing the agricultural information resource; second, the basic train of thought of developing the agricultural information resource, the basic model is giving first place to the vertical and make the horizontal subsidiary; third, several proposals: giving service to the agricultural industrialization; paying attention to the developing the agricultural risk information resource; making full use of the government information resource and so on. At last, there is a hope that this thesis can use for a certain reference to the development of the information resource during the agricultural industrialization.
