The disorganization of the Soviet Union in the 1990's resulted in a broad argumentation in theoretical circle. Although this disintegration was a result of many factors, the misplay of the theoretical development of the Soviet Communist Party is a important fundamental causes. The theoretical circle of the Central Committee of the Party hadn't been a strong center of resistance when the central authorities formulated general and specific policies until the country disintegrated. Consequently, when the western capitalistic states made the peaceful evolution and the internal reactionary forces attacked the state, the central authorities whose internal politics and economics and culture were on the defensive can do nothing more than take some weak and feeble measures. At last it lead to the disintegration of Soviet Union. In the sense, from the disintegration of Soviet Union we can find some necessary factors, which connect with the failure to break through the socialist models and the failure to bring about the theoretical innovation.We must acknowledge the great achievement and gigantic contribution of the theoretical development during the time of socialist construction. But the failure of the theoretical development under Soviet models is received by many of the academic circles. Though Nikita Khrushchev and Mikhail Gorbachev ever proclaimed reformation, they couldn't break through Soviet models and only continue or patch up it during thirty years when they were in power. They even put forward some suggestions that went against Marxism and scientific socialism under the camouflage of reformation. Particularly, Mikhail Gorbachev run counter to diction of the scientific socialism thoroughly.In a word, the insufficiency and the distortion of theoretical innovation incarnate various aspects and there are a lot of complicated subjective and objective factors. The enlightenment given to me is profound. We must absorb the quintessence, draw a lesson and grapple the laws of theoretical development andtheoretical innovation in order to avoid following the same roads of the Soviet Union. And we also should create favorable condition for theoretical innovation to make it follow a healthy line.
