Globalization especially economic globalization is bringing deep influences to economy, politics and every aspect of social life of the word. There are both opportunities and challenges. In the history of globalization, China lost some opportunities brought by globalization, but also seized some opportunities. History gives us deep experiences and lessons. In the new century, revolution in science and technology quickens the historical course of globalization. Globalization especially economic globalization provides good international environment and surrounding environment. In the historical course in the first two decades of the twenty first century, as a civilized ancient country, a socialist country and a country with a long population, China possesses its particular advantages. Our country can make the most of domestic and international markets, and two kinds of resources, and bring into play "the later advantages" .In the course of globalization, we are confronted with the challenges of the old international sequence, and the challenges of western developed countries in culture, science and technology and education.
