Since marxism spreads in China , it becomes an important historical course whether China realize socializm or not and how to realize socializm. The theory of New-democratic society try to solve the problem of how a backward country tranformed to socialism, but gave up so soon . This essay tries to discuss the origin and development of fall of New-demoeratic society.The essay is devided into four parts . First, the historical process of formation of New-democratic society . Second , Mao ze-dong's New-democratic Society at The Second Plenary session of the Seventh Congress of CPC. Third ,The historical process of the fall of new democratic theory and suspension of New-democratic society. Fourth , The relationship between The Second Plenary session of the Seventh Congress of CPC and fall of New-democratic society.To search for the historic process of the formation and development of the theory of the new democratic society, and to search for The Second Plenary session of the Seventh Congress of CPC.renunciation of the new-demotratic theory from its inherent logic is important, for clarifying the facts of renunciation of the theory of the new-democratic society, and for evaluationg its practical value.
