A Research About The Optimization Of Ideological And Political Work Information Resources

Information science,a concept which is correlacted with but quite different from information technology,is the product of scicentificalization of information technology.In this thesis,the author suggests that in order to realize the informationization of ideological and political work,the core of the most urgent tast is not only how to apply extensively mordern information technological means in the field of ideological politics,the more import is how to rapidlyintegrate the traditional basic theories into the modern informthe author of this thesis attempts to coin a series of new concepts such as "ideological and political information" on the bssis of the relationship between the building of informationization and the building of information resources ,considering the fact that the nature of ideological and political work is in fact a science of altering actively the ideological and political ethical information in the human brains via information convegance.Furthermore,the author of this thesis points out for the first time that an optimized subsystem of ideological and political work information should be established so as to promote the innovation of ideological and political work system.The author of this thesis systematically analyzes the basic functions of that subsystem.The article begins with the summarized explaining of the ideological and political work information resources, and the main length discuss the four main optimized taches which are the planning ,the empolderring,the management and the servicing of the ideological and political work information resources. Five parts are correlacted, thereinto, the summarized part offers the basic knowledge preparing of the article's research; the planning is the basic of the whole optimization work, the empoldering is the fundamentality of the whole optimization work; the management is the key of the whole optimization work, the service is the target of the whole optimization work.
