The Research On Logistics Cost's Analyses And Controlling To Jinsha Pharmacy

Based on the analysis on the logistics cost of the medicine retail chain operation in both domestic and foreign pharmacies, this article discussed on how to optimize the logistics cost of Jinsha Pharmacy. By using the operational research and optimization theory, the article mainly focused on the research of inventory and transportation cost of Jinsha Pharmacy. It built optimized mathematics module and provided the relevant calculation methods and procedures. Secondly, deep research was made on how to reasonably control the logistics cost of Jinsha Pharmacy and the control methods and measures were given. This article mainly studied the following three parts:1. It analyzed in detail the logistics cost and the its constitute structure of the existing domestic and foreign retail chain pharmacies. It pointed out the reasons why the logistics cost of the domestic retail chain pharmacies is relatively higher and concluded that reducing the inventory cost and transportation cost should be paid great attention;2. Through the investigation into the inventory and transportation cost of Jinsha pharmacy, the article proposed the calculation formulas of the optimum purchase sum. By using step-by-step planning thoughts, the articled put forward the planning ideas on how to build perfect outlets net in Hunan province. Simultaneously, it optimized the medicine distribution route in city area and drew out the shortest route, which has been approved in the given example;3. The article investigated in detail the logistics cost control mechanism. Through research from different aspects like methods, regulations, systematization and measures etc., it drew out the proposal on how to control the logistics cost;The research result of this article facilitates building and perfecting the logistics cost reduction and control mechanism. The result can be used as reference by other logistics companies on how to reduce the logistics cost.
