| From the point of relation marketing, this paper presents the significance of establishing strong relation between enterprises and customers, and demonstrates that the strong relation is necessary for enterprises to win in the market competition.This paper analyzes how to establish strong relations with customers for enterprises from analyzing customers, setting up database, and using modern tools.The part of analyzing customers analyzes the distribution of target customers, which part of them are profit customers. The part of setting up database tells of how to set up database, how to abstract valuable information from the data. The last part mainly analyzes how to set up strong relations with modern information tools.This paper aims to change the enterprises' marketing idea from pursuing new customers to keep old customers, makes them pay close attention to old customers' life value and establish strong relations with them. |
