The Intellectual Property Protection Research In The University Science And Technology Innovation

The thesis is divided into three chapters:chapter 1,brief introduction to intellectual property rights( IPRs);chapter 2,appraisal on IPRs of universities in the process of science & technology innovation; chapter 3,chances and challenges being faced with IRPs of universities,and thereof countermeasures.In chapter 1, the concept, scope ,types of IRPs, conditions of IRPs being produced,and IRPs'positive effects on science & technology innovation are introduced generally.In chapter 2,by analyzing general status of IRPs of the universities in Guangdong province and specific status of some universities in Guangdong province, concerning with total quantity, structure, implementation, sense ,policy ,loss, use, management ,of patents, and protection for patents ,etc, we try to find out those key factors that influence the development of science & technology innovation of universities, and elucidate ths mechanism of which IRPs system acts on science & technology innovation of our country's universities.In chapter 3, facing the new conditions after our country enters into WTO,and there being rapid development of economy in our country at present ,we deeply discuss the; necessity for universities to set up or improve IRPs system and several relevant problems ,which must be coped with. At,last,some concete measures are set forth. The aim of these measures is to encourage the implementation of fruits of science & technology innovation , make these fmits obtain corresponding economical and social benefits, promote universities to stride into upper level, step into good development circle ,and achieve the goal of continual science & technology innovation .
