Study On The Administration System For Investment Promotion Of The Agricultural Industry Development Zone

The theme of this research is the Administration System for Investment Promotion of the Agricultural Industry Development Zone in China. Based on the analysis of the economical characteristics to the Agricultural Industry Development Zone in China and the principle of the investment promotion, a rational administration system and operation system for investment promotion of the agricultural industry development zone were provided. The function of the government during the investment promotion and the institutional economics analysis were discussed, too.This paper includes the following seven parts:Chapter â… : Introduction in this part, the author introduced the background information, purpose, significance and current status at home and abroad for this study, the strain of thought, approaches and the possible innovation of this study were also mentioned.Chapter â…¡: The basic condition, idea and the characteristics in the deferent stage of the investment promotion were analyzed. Then the author posed that investment promotion is a comprehensive project. So, the procedure for investment promotion is just the procedure to construct a platform which has the function to attract the capital. These characteristics are special administrative zone, special policies, special administration, special resource and special industries. Chapter â…£: The structure of the administration system for investment promotion was analyzed. The elements of this structure include the location, city facilities, industries, science and technology, human resources, district policies, financial service and the fame of the agricultural development zone. Chapter â…¤: The operation system for investment promotion was analyzed. The elements of this system include the department of the administrative organization, information, projects, action ways and encouragement methods. Chapter â…¥: The function of the government during the investment promotion was analyzed. Lies on the ideal to be favorable the investment promotion, the function of the government in this paper mainly include the state law about investment promotion, the type of the executive administration to the agricultural demonstration zone, the state policies and resources for supporting the development of the industry. Chapter â…¦: The institutional economics analysis was discussed. From the way of the cost and profit, the elements of the institution, institutional cost and operation efficiency were analyzed. If the invest and cost-control be done well, this system would be efficiently used in the practice.
