Research On The Investment Promotion Issues Of X Development Zone In Jiangsu Province From The Perspective Of Land Intensive Utilization

The intensive use of land comes from the improvement of the level of economic development.As an important way for local governments to promote economic development,investment attraction will directly affect the degree of intensive use of regional land.This paper makes a statistical analysis of the investment activities of X Development Zone in Jiangsu Province from the perspective of land intensive use.It is found that as an industrial leading development zone,X Development Zone has some problems in the process of investment,such as the lack of key leading projects,the low level of opening up to the outside world,the disorder of industrial spatial structure,etc.,and has a direct negative impact on the degree of regional land intensive use,so the intensity of land investment is insufficient,the output benefit is not high and the sustainable use of land is difficult.These problems are mainly affected by many factors,such as the stage of economic development,the factors inducing industrial agglomeration,the performance management of investment attraction,human construction,industrial space-time planning and land supply process management.In view of this,this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions from the aspects of planning,implementation,management and the construction of talent training for investment promotion,i.e."Wang" solution,in which "three horizontal" refers to the thing,which respectively refers to the planning,implementation and management of investment promotion;"one vertical" refers to the management and training of talent for investment promotion throughout.In terms of planning,it is necessary to take the intensive use of land resources as the goal,make detailed industrial space-time planning in investment attraction,adopt the strategy of government enterprise linkage to tap the potential of intensive use of land;in terms of implementation,industrial clusters can continuously improve innovation conditions,accelerate productivity growth,improve regional competitive advantage,promote economic growth,and in the process of investment attraction,it is necessary to implement the development strategy of industrial clusters,consolidate the foundation of industrial development and constantly optimize the factors and conditions of industrial agglomeration,and also to take actions to expand industrial project resources and improve the land supply mechanism;in terms of management,it is necessary to implement the information-based smart investment strategy and linkage with the structure of various departments to achieve a rapid response mechanism;in terms of management and training of investment talents,it is necessary to implement the performance management mechanism linked to the intensive use of land,and to establish a targeted training mechanism,and work together with universities to cultivate talents with the direction of attracting investment for local economic development.
