The ultimate goal of this paper focuses on policy suggestions to auto sales financing in China. Based on the research on the status quo of auto sales financing home and abroad, it proposes suggestions to the development of auto sales financing in China.This paper has altogether 6 chapters. They are:Chapter I, Introduction. This chapter explains the research background, significance and route of this paper.Chapter II, Status and function of sales financing in the development of auto industry. This chapter, at its beginning, recalls the history of Chinese auto industry, then introduces the industrial characteristics and functions of auto sales financing in the development of auto industry.Chapter III, Foreign mode and experiences in spreading auto sales financing. First of all, this chapter introduces the emergence and development of auto sales financing, then details in the operation mode and business flow of auto sales financing in US, Japan and Chinese Taibei. Finally, it concludes in the experiences of these countries and region.Chapter IV, History and status quo of auto sales financing in China. This chapter introduces the history of auto sales financing in China, the formulation and development of relevant policies and regulations, the achievements China has made in this field and the problems existing in promoting this business in China in detail. In addition, this chapter also studies the impact to auto sales financing from the WTO entry, and forecasts the Chinese auto sales financing market and its development mode.Chapter V, Research on the scale of auto sales financing in China. This chapter makes quantitative forecast and research on the scale of Chinese auto sale financing market. It forecasts the Chinese auto production, population and loan by 2010 in terms of current and predictive data.Chapter VI, Suggestions facilitating the development of auto consuming credit in China. Based on the overall research on the history and status quo of auto sales financing home and abroad, this chapter lists the existing problems in auto sales financing in China through the comparison between domestic and foreign conditions and advances pertinent suggestions.
