The Study On The Organizational Model Of Building Virtual Information Zone In Yuzhong District

This paper mainly studied how to develop the information parks in Yuzhong District of Chongqing.The paper analysed the necessity of promoting informationization and developing information industry for ajusting the industrial constructures and progressing industrial capabilities in Chongqing and Yuzhong area. And how important it is for informationization and information technology to propel the Central Business District of Chongqing forward was also studied in the paper.Under the guidance of the theory about developing scientific and technological parks, the paper put forward the conceptual and organizational models of building the Virtual Information Zone in Yuzhong District as well as countermeasures for expanding the Virtual Information Zone. All these research works were done along with the author's practical working experiences and investigating results in the area of information industry and parks in Yuzhong District. This paper explained the implication and levels of informationization and the importance of informationization in respect of promoting industries.From the actual requirements of ajusting the industrial constructures and promoting industrial abilities of Yuzhong District and Chongqing as well as building up the CBD of Chongqing, the paper discussed the important influences of speeding up informationization and expanding informaiton industry for Yuzhong District to enlarge continuous economic competences. After analysing the important propelling affection of constructing scientific and technological parks to motivating hi-tech industries and the theoretical foundations of building up those parks, this paper analyzed current situation and problems of information industry and parks of Yuzhong District. In the paper the author created a conceptual model and an organizational model for building the Virtual Information Zone in Yuzhong District and at last the paper designed developing plann and related countermeasures for building this zone. What the paper has worked out is helpful for Yuzhong District to propel park's economy and strengthen information industry.
