The Positive Analysis Of The Factors Effecting Hainan Agronomic Employee's Income

Based on the economics theories, especially those concerning income, this discourse analyzes the change trend and the factors effecting the agronomic employee's income after HAINAN province established by using statistic, regression, voa and correlation analysis means. The research will be helpful in finding out the main sources of the income , and in establishing the policy which aims at increasing income.This discourse includes six sections. The first section, including chapter 1st, illuminates the aim, significance, means, content, and the track of the thought, technology. The second section, including chapter 2nd, 3rd, shows the main defines, hypothesis, scope of research and summary the relevant theories using in the paper. The third section, including chapter 4th,Sth,6th,using comparison and regression means, analyzes the change tread and the factor effecting the agronomic employee's wage and self-manage economy income ,at the end advancing the policy. The fourth section, including chapter 7th, concludes the paper, and illuminates the problems which needs further discussing. The fifth section is made up by thinking, Chinese and English reference materials, English abstract and appendix.Analysis means using in the paper are theoretical research, positive research and the combining of the both. The main conclusions of the paper:(1) Agronomic employee's income is higher than that of farmer, although still at low level, and the gap between them inclines to grow wilder.(2) Self-manage economy has been the main source of income, which keeps increasing not only in amount but also in proportion in the income.(3) Agronomic employee's income is mainly impacted by the first industry. The more per second industry output, the less income will increase. And the third industry hasn't obvious effect on the income.(4) Tlirough correlation analysis, total output of the rudder, rice, vegetable, fruit, farming and fishery has increasing effect on income.(5) Through voa analysis of the different groups' per agriculture, plant, farming and fishery output, the result shows that plant is the most important factor effecting the income. The more per output of the plant, the higher level of the income will be.(6) Self-manage agriculture is the main reason that contributes to the difference in income level. The restaurant is the second factor. The other industries haven't effect on the income level.(7) Rubber produce should go the way of group-corporation. Reforming the institution of the rubber management will inspire the employer's activity. And the reform should be based on the different characters at different product stages. More attention should be paid to the market .Competition between the farms should be avoided.(8) Fully uses the advantages of HAINAN, adjusting the structure of agriculture, increasing employ, avoiding the market risk, developing health vegetable produce. The adjusting of the structure of agriculture should be integrate with the stimulating the employer's activity.(9) Getting more capital from various channels, keeping fruit fresh, surely the information transmitted on time are all important.(10) Reform the state-own factory by sale, rent or hire .Solve the problem of state-owe factory burdening too many social responsibilities. Concentrate the state-owe capital only on the key sections.
