Study On Differences Between Civil Servants' Wage And Income In China

Grey income is a main part of the differences between civil servants'wage and income in China. And the universality and severity of civil servants'grey income has become the focus of social attention. This paper will give a comparatively overall study to civil servants' grey income issues in order to make up for the deficiency of pertinence and comprehensiveness in theoretical research on civil servants'grey income. Besides, it is also for the basic preparation work for further professional research on this issue in future.The main study of this paper is grey income of civil servants under the premise of analyzing the present situation of civil servants' wage and income. On the basis of previous research, the article will give a normative definition of civil servants'grey income. After that, using modern system theory, the cause of grey income of civil servants will be analyzed concretely. Also, this paper will explain the universality and severity of civil servants'grey income by applying data and cases. In the last section of this article, several policy suggestions on how to administer civil servants'grey income will be proposed.
