The Research On The Corporate Governance Of National Commercial Banks

With the development of socialist marketing economy and the economic mechanism, the reformation of national commercial banks is becoming more and more important. The more urgent thing is how to fit in with the requirement of global economy, especially, to realize the unity with the banks in other countries after our government joining in WTO. Most of specialists and scholars in the world think that stock power distraction is very suitable corporate governance for national commercial banks, which is also the best choice for our banks in the future. This suggestion is to the question and operational, but our banks have their own peculiarities. Stock power distraction is not the only method. At present national commercial banks haven't carried out stock power distraction, so we can improve the corporate governance of commercial bank through operating multi-invest, strengthening inner control, improving the outer environments.This thesis selects the corporate governance and the commercial bank as the researching objects, starting by the theory of the corporate governance and combining with the reality of national commercial banks. The emphasis is to build the structure of the corporate governance of national commercial banks. The methods include reformation of stock power, improving corporate governance, building inner control system, opening information and optimizing outer governance. We wish this thesis could offer a reference for the reformation of our national commercial banks.
