Analysis On The Reform Of The New Generation Of Family Business In China

With the speeding up of modernization and development of market economy in China, family business becomes more and more important in economic activities as one of the most dominating part in civil-operated economy. With the market economy changing and competition sharpening in our country, as well as the family business organism maturing and scope expanding family business should struggle out of the limit of itself, weaken the family "color" gradually, mingle family capital with society capital effectively and adopt reform accordingly which is of vital importance in promoting the efficiency of family business so as to achieve sustained development.Based on the definition of family business and the correlative theories and research about family business, this essay gives a general introduction of the causes of its formation and development, the favorable and unfavorable factors on its existence and the general information about the new generation of family business.
