Researches Into The Rersistent Development Of Family Business In Our Country

Family business is a kind of controversy organizational structure during its development. On the development of Family business in our country, we found there are many businesses spring up, and the family business become a more and more important part in the economic system on one hand, on the other hand there are many phenomena such as the Founder Trap. Families Combat ,Professional manager's apart, the Succeeding trap and Expropriation of Minority shareholders, show the family business being unable to make persistent development .So it is necessary to study the family business deeply.We try to explain why the family business is the advantageous structure in the founding period but cannot to realize the persistent development in the developing period with the analysis of developing period of family business. We found out that the family business carry different character in different developing period so that the family business should make renovation. The family business in the founding period is a kind of classical family business and it is adaptive with relative advantage. The advantages include such aspects: organize the resource with low cost, the relative advantage of central decision-making power, low trust-cost , high sense of responsibility and comity, the flexible working system and the unique enterprise culture. So the management of classical family business is suitable and advisable. And the family businesses at this period can keep this kind of management model for persistent survival and also can keep developing and enter the developing period. After entering the developing period the advantages disappear gradually and even become the shackle of the persistent development of family business, such as the obstacle of property power , losing the advantage of central decision-making power, the human resource mechanism' obstacle ,the absence of succeeding program. It is necessary for family business to change from the classical family business to modern family business. There are many measures to realize this goal but the main idea is make the property power and management from being close to be open. The enterprise should lower the central degree of the decision-making power suitably and adopt some modern measures and system. The family business should turn into the modern family business and realize the property power decentralizing relatively .The operating power should combine the action of centralization and decentralization.
