Research On Investigation Power Supervision

This thesis is based upon the significance of supervision of investigation power and the reality of our country's investigation supervision.The paper consists of five sections. To start with, the article analyzes the basic concepts regarding investigation power, presenting the leading foundation on which investigation power supervision is created, which includes investigation procedure is of great importance to the final judgment and verdict, the unilateral power possessed by investigation organs is liable to invade human rights, even deprive of confrontation rights and that investigation power is virtually one of administrative powers. To follow with, the article introduces the legislative patterns abroad, elaborating supervision power area and methods adopted by the relevant authorities of those countries. In the end, the article discusses the problems exiting in investigation supervision in our country, analyzes the features of criminal investigation procedure, sums up the reasons in relation to exiting problems concerning investigation supervision, submits the solutions on the improvement of investigation power supervision in which the segmentation of investigation power supervision, establishment of supervision spot and detailed supervision measures...
