On the basis of analyzing mental health of new recruits and its related factors, we attempted to study the effects on new recruits' erythrocytes and leucocytes immune system functions under acute military psychological stress, which was caused by shooting examination, and explore the mechanism in cellular and molecular levels. 32 new recruits with different trait-anxiety were chosen as subjects. And the immune parameters of the study were measured pre-stress, with stress and post-stress, which included erythrocyte immunity parameters (RBC-C3bRR, the expression of CD55 and CD59 on erythrocytes), counts of major subtype of T lymphocytes (CD4+ and CD8+), humoral immunity parameters (IgG, IgA and IgM), complements parameters (C3 and C4), the concentration of IL6 and ACTH in blood serum. Meanwhile, according to the results of new recruits' mental and somatic conditions which were analyzed by psychological test, we conducted psychological training refering to classical psychological theories and advanced experiential learning methods in order to optimize new recruits' psychosomatic conditions and help them cope with military stress more effectively. In the study, we attempted to assess the effectiveness of psychological training with immune, psychological and behavioral parameters in two phases, and establish a primary evaluation system to assess the effectiveness of psychological training in new recruits.
