Theoretical Research On The Distribution According To Factors Of Production In Socialist Market Economy

In the 15th National Congress report, comrade Jiang Zemin has pointed out ,"insisting on the distributive system which is subject to labor and allowing for the coexistence of other kinds of methods of salary distribution ", "combining distribution according to labor with distribution according to factors of production ;allowing for and accelerating the involvement in the distribution of income of the factors of production , such as capital , technology ,etc. "it is the first time to propose distribution according to factors of production clearly and officially in the process of newly-built china's socialist economic theory development; it is the significant readjustment and reform of the socialist method of salary distribution of income and distributive system; it is a great breakthrough of the socialist income distribution theory. In regard to the importance of this question, this paper intends to do some more systematic and profound research on it.In chapter one, this paper begins with the connotation of the term "distribution according to factors of production", and analyzes the theoretical foundation and realistic basis of this sort of distributive system in the primary stage of socialism. Then, in the chapter follows the expounding and prove to the target that socialist market economy distributes according to factors of production, which is based on the criticism on the national income distribution theory of capitalist class. In chapter two, the natures of distribution according to factors of production are discussed respectively from four aspects; it is the social system attribute distributed according to factors of production separately, with the relation that is exploited, producing a polarization, distribution according to labor. Chapter three firstly focuses on the analysis on the obstacles against the realization of the distribution according to factors of production, and then put forward the way in which the distribution according to factors of production could be carried out in socialist market economy. In chapter four, the functions and influences brought about by this particular distributive system are discussed.
