On The Combination Of The Distribution According To Labor And The Distribution According To Factors Of Production

Distribution according to labor was the only method of distribution in the situation of traditional planned economy. However distribution according to production factors has already become an objective fact in the situation of socialist market economy. With the deepening of the reform, Fifteenth National Congress of the Communist Part of China clearly posed that we should combine distribution according to labor with distribution according to factors of production. It is not only a great breakthrough in the theory of income distribution but also exerts a profound influence on our country's economic reform and development. This article briefly discusses the combination of distribution according to labor and distribution according to factors of production, its contents are as follows: through the comparison of the distribution according to labor and the distribution according to production factors, it reveals the basis of theory and practice of the combination of the two distribution ways ; next discusses two key problems needed to solve and eight modes of the combination; finally puts forward the proposal of improving the combination.
