| In the century, China is facing great changes in polics, economy and culture. Traditional Marxism theory and Politics Education hasn' t been able to satisfy the popular' s new necessoties. So the aother tries to focus his studies on the legal culture, the new developnment of Marxism theory and Politics Education. In the work, the aother studies the conception of legal culture and the conflicts of legal culture (the causes, the presentations) and the ways of legal cculture modenazition. The auther puts forth the conflicts make Chinese legal culture get pressure and impetus for its transformation to modernity, between the internal structures of legal culture , beween the Chinese traditional legal culture and the modern legal culture , and the person education , in order to realize the mordenization of Chinese legal culture .
