| Civil aviation industry is one of the latest enterprises which were divorced from planned economy system in China. In this industry , the development of regional routes stations has been always taken into account by both central government and all levels local governments and it also has been one of problems which experts focus on during a long time . Like other regional routes stations , Yulin airport ,depending on aegis of policy , transportation monopolization and government's support , has difficultly broke away from the traditional mode of control and management which was aroused by planned economy system . In order to gain a grand and creative development of regional routes stations' transportation , all-important problem each manager of relative enterprises may confront is how to transform mode of thinking and progress on the way of market economy system during process of system transformation and appearance of different kinds of conflicts.This assignment, which primarily was discussed on a wild range investigation and research of modern management as well as the development status and trend of regional routes air-transportation , analyzes present status and restricting factors of Yulin airport transportation amount systemically and scientifically , and it also predicts and constructs the developmental aim of Yulin airport ,which was based on statistics . Supported by relative theory of management, it also lists some feasible projects on the increase of Yulin airport air-transportation.We here come to there following CONCLUSIONS:Yulin airport is located on a market with both mass-demand and prosperity , so systemic problem and enterprise capability has become a key factor of limitation to the airport development.The fundamental task of Yulin airport is nothing but enhancing central competition ability , which can be realized through some methods ,such as improving fundamental establishment , strengthen production's exploitation , and transform management of enterprise.
