The Comparison And Promotion Recommendations Of The Satisfaction On Tianjin Public Transportation Service

Urban public transport is an essential infrastructure for residents,Tianjin,as an i mportant part of our cities,the development of public transport plays an important ro le in promoting the comprehensive strength.The bus and subway as an important rol e of public transport,which main service object is the public,so,the evaluation of pub lic service satisfaction affects the improvement and the long-term development,it's ve ry important to compare and evaluate the satisfaction of public transport service.Imp roving public transport service can attract more people to choose public transport,wh ich is good for traffic,environment and the city image.This paper takes Tianjin public transport service satisfaction as the research obj ect.Using factor analysis,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,dependent samples T test methods for comparison and evaluation of the bus and subway service satisfaction.The main contents are as follows:First,summarize the research content and research methods about the satisfactio n of public transport service,completing the thought of the essay;Second,define the concept of the public transport and the service satisfaction,discuss the quasi public g oods,sustainable development and customer satisfaction,define the question from spee d,convenient,service,comfortable and safety;Third,using factor analysis,fuzzy compre hensive evaluation,dependent samples T test methods to investigate questionnaire,the satisfaction of bus is better than the subway in service and comfortable,the satisfac tion of subway is better than bus in speed,convenient and safety,we can obtain a tot al result,the satisfaction of subway is better than bus,then,compare to the five parts' s atisfaction,all results are significant,explain the result of the research;Last,analysis pro blems of the bus and the subway,and put forward corresponding solutions to improv e the satisfaction of public transport.The result shows that the satisfaction of the bus is better than the subway,expla ining the subway is more different than the bus,testing the researching results.Then,the satisfaction of bus is better than the subway in service and comfortable,the satis faction of subway is better than bus in speed,convenient and safety.
