The Research On Inner Mongolia Listed Company Using Problems Of Capital Collected From Securities Market

Up to 2003,there have been more than 1200 listed companies in the China Stock Market .The value of them also adds up to about 4600 billion and covers 50 percent of GDP in that year .So the stock market is playing an important role in our national economy .But at the same time ,it also appears and exists many questions which are preventing the market from promoting .Especially ,the using problems of capital collected from the market are getting more and more serious .In the meantime ,the relevant investors and managers have been paying much attention to them .In my opinion ,the listed companies are base of the market .Moreover ,taking advantage of the capital is the most direct ,most effective and most important way to keep and increase the company's value .So we can say the key to the stock market is whether the capital can be used well .In my paper ,I try to research deeply the main problems existed in the listed companies of Inner Mongolia .And I will analyze the problems ,their reasons and put out the feasible measures .In the process of researching ,I 'll adopted the method connectedquality analysis and statistical analysis .I find the problems in Inner Mongolia are serious indeed and the trend is becoming heavy .The problems have been getting the main and direct barriers to the growing of the companies .Consequently ,I conclude that not only the companies but also the relevant parts outside all must try their best.I hope the research can give reference to the listed companies and make them develop on a firmer base .
