An Analysis On The Problems And Policies Of The Steel Industry Chain In Wuhan Based On WSICO

In this paper, four primary parts are involved: The present status of Wuhan steel industry, structure of Wuhan steel industry chain; competition status of main products in Wuhan steel industry chain are analyzed accordingly. Some suggestions to optimize Wuhan steel industry chain are pointed out at the end of the paper.In the first part, we first study basic status of Wuhan steel industry, make compare between the status of steel industry in Wuhan and the status of steel industry in China. Meantime, we also compare status of the relative industry in steel industry chain in Wuhan with that in China and the status of steel industry in the whole economy in China.In the second part, Wuhan steel industry chain in the view of macroscopic economy is defined, then, Wuhan steel industry chain is distinguished from the local economic system. Based on the steel industry chain gotten, the conditions faced by the steel industry chain in Wuhan and its performances are discussed and evaluated. Some problems such as incongruity are put forward.In the third part, through comparing steel products and related ones in Wuhan, we conclude incongruity development also exists in sub industry chain of Wuhan steel product, so the further developing and perfecting are needed.According to the analysis above, we conclude the necessity and feasibility of optimizing Wuhan steel industry chain. Some suggestions and policies are pointed out to optimize Wuhan steel industry chain.
