The world market has been changing deeply since 90s of the last century and there comes the era of network economy along with the development of the Internet technology and network technology. The implementation of Enterprise Informationization Project has put a growing demand on Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Collaborative Planning (CP). In this thesis, the application of the work flow technology in SCM and CP is studied. A SCM and CP system based on WEB and work flow management is constructed with J2EE network architechture and MVC design schema. The thesis is organized as follows,(1) The necessity of WFM for soft decoration SCM is presented and the concept and orientation of WFM are introduced. After the comparation of four basic architectures of SCM, the WFM architecture for HONG HUA is constructed, based on which analysis of the application of HONG HUA SCM-oriented WF technology is made.(2) The concept and architecture of Collaborative Production Planning for Supply Chain is proposed. After the introduction of APS, the J0B-AT-A-TIME and OPERATION-AT-A-TTME of APS are analyzed according to condition of HONG HUA Co.(3) The soft decoration SCM system is designed. The overall process model of soft decoration SCM is set up according to investigation to HONG HUA Co.. In the proposed frame of soft decoration SCM system, the function is designed and the operation model is proposed.(4) Combining the theory of WFM and SCM and the demand of the National 863 Plan Project of Internet-based Flexible Production System for Printing and Dyeing (IBFPSPD), a soft decoration SCM & CP System based on Work Flow Management (WFM) is developed, which adopts the J2EE-based WAF frame in the MVC design schema and uses various techniques such as JSP, Servlet, EJB component and XML.
